Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing maintenance operations at a single site, the full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager will champion a safety-first culture, lead preventive maintenance programs, and support team development while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion safety protocols and ensure compliance through training and audits
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Supervise maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment and providing coaching on skill development

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations
• Proficient in preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred, or 5+ years of relevant management experience
• Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, PMP) is a plus
