Job Summary

A company is looking for Shift Runners and Assistant Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage designated campaign shifts and supervise calling staff in the absence of the Campaign Manager
• Prepare and present sales meetings, track attendance, and ensure quality control during shifts
• Assist in hiring, training, and producing campaign reports, while maintaining compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Must be a current employee with prior calling experience on campaigns
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
• Availability for part-time, hourly work in a remote setting
