Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager - Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise accounting personnel, make employment decisions, establish performance objectives, and resolve routine personnel problems
- Oversee accounting functions such as revenue accounting, lease accounting, and expense accruals
- Support the financial reporting process, assist in the preparation of financial statements, and review current accounting procedures for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Accounting or any business degree with CPA
- CPA certification required
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting
- Self-directed and innovative
- Strong leadership and prioritization skills
