Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Assistant Manager Corporate Financial Planning, this full-time position will focus on consolidating forecasts and closes, driving technology transformation, and ensuring accurate reporting and controls, with opportunities for hybrid work in Pleasanton, Oakland, or Durham.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Total Company consolidation for core forecasting processes and support quarterly close consolidation and reporting
- Drive automation of management reporting and analytics, implementing new dashboard reporting and enhancing business insights
- Provide financial analysis and modeling support for decision-making and ensure compliance with internal controls and data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 5+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- General understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Power BI and Anaplan is desirable
