Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (Paid Social).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute digital paid media channel strategy to drive business results for the brand
  • Manage social AD networks to enhance brand awareness and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets reflect brand values
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce setting
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on various platforms
  • Knowledgeable about attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and LTV analysis
  • Leadership acumen with a focus on talent development
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience
