Job Summary

Assistant Manager, Investor Services is a full-time remote position responsible for training and leading a team of investor services generalists, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of investor service generalists across various activities including payments, onboarding, and compliance
  • Handle escalations and improve customer satisfaction while ensuring prompt and accurate handling of requests
  • Review team deliverables for accuracy and identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in investor services
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with treasury, LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), and investor reporting
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Fluent in English with experience in training and coaching junior team members
