Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day operations of the firm's ebilling function remotely, the full-time Assistant Manager of eBilling will oversee the ebilling team, support client onboarding activities, and ensure adherence to billing policies while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervises the ebilling team, managing schedules, workloads, and performance evaluations
- Provides training and guidance on ebilling processes to internal teams and assesses workflow for improvements
- Manages onboarding of new clients and lateral partners, ensuring smooth transitions to ebilling systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in ebilling, including team coordination and supervision
- Advanced knowledge of Elite 3E or similar accounting systems and third-party ebilling platforms
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service in a professional services environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft suite applications
