Assistant Manager of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager of Financial Planning, the full-time role will focus on consolidation of financial closes and forecasts, technology transformation for reporting, and internal controls, with opportunities for hybrid work in Pleasanton, Oakland, or Durham, or remote within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Total Company quarterly close consolidation and reporting for various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SEC requirements
• Drive automation and technology transformation in management reporting and analytics, enhancing business insights through new dashboard implementations
• Support internal controls processes for Financial Planning, ensuring data integrity and compliance with control requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 5+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• General understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Power BI or Anaplan is desirable
