Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Assistant Manager in Pass-Thru Entity Tax for a 6-month remote finance position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thorough review of various tax returns including S-Corp, Partnership, and Pass-Thru Entity
  • Assist in tax estimate preparation and review
  • Manage registrations in various state/city jurisdictions and respond to tax notices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Masters in Tax preferred
  • 3-5 years of public accounting or Corporate Tax experience
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-disciplined in a remote work environment
