Job Summary
Managing post-audit workflows, the full-time Assistant Manager, Post Audit Operations will oversee provider collections, invoicing, reporting, and team performance while driving process improvements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily post-audit operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and accurate invoicing
- Supervise and support Post Audit Coordinators, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing training
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5-8 years of operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experience
- Working knowledge of revenue cycle management, invoicing, and collections
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
