Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

Ensuring the smooth flow of tours for Direct Sales virtual teams, the remote Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing Guest Service will manage guest information integrity, oversee team performance, and assist with daily operations while providing leadership support.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain tour data accuracy, conducting regular analysis and reporting discrepancies
• Provide training and support for Guest Service Front Desk agents, ensuring adherence to established protocols
• Assist with scheduling and perform duties of Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the manager

Required qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in data management and reporting systems
• Strong understanding of customer service standards and practices
• Ability to conduct training and performance evaluations for team members
• Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
