Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Manager/Supervisor, Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing a team of 10-20 Tier 1 Support Agents and guiding them to continued success within their current role and future career aspirations
  • Meeting with direct reports regularly through 1-on-1 and Team meetings
  • Taking part in the continued development of policies and processes within Ops, leading projects, and hiring and onboarding future Tier 1 Support Agents

Required Qualifications:
  • Good standing within current role
  • Experience providing support through at least one of the following support channels: Email, Chat, or Phones
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Past coaching or management experience in a support environment
  • Experience in at least 2 support channels (Email, Chat, and Phones)
