Job Summary
Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in a full-time remote capacity, the Assistant Marketing Manager will take ownership of campaign project management, internal communications, email program oversight, and budget administration while ensuring brand compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the campaign briefing process, ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining the master campaign calendar
- Oversee the internal communications program, including the monthly newsletter and departmental announcements
- Coordinate email marketing initiatives, providing strategic feedback and tracking performance metrics
Required qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and email platforms such as HubSpot
- Strong written communication skills with acute attention to detail
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced marketing environment with minimal supervision
