Job Summary
Hands-on and versatile, the full-time remote Assistant Marketing Manager will own execution across the entire marketing function, focusing on lead generation, marketing automation, content creation, and AI-driven strategies in a dynamic global M&A advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified deal flow and prospect engagement
- Manage day-to-day operations of HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, and campaign tracking
- Write and edit blog content, thought leadership pieces, and marketing collateral to position the firm as a credible authority in M&A
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in financial services or professional services
- Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and cold outreach campaigns
- Strong SEO fundamentals with familiarity in AEO/GEO/LLM optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
