Assistant Mobilization Director

Job Summary

Supporting a growing mobilization ministry, the full-time Assistant Mobilization Director will recruit, train, and send workers and volunteers to engage with international students, while working remotely or onsite in Columbus, OH, with a flexible schedule that may include occasional evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Mobilization Director to identify and engage potential staff, interns, and volunteers
• Develop communications to assist in recruiting new staff members
• Represent the organization at mission conferences, churches, and other strategic partner events to share the vision and invite participation

Required qualifications

• Adherence to the organization's statement of faith, core values, and policies
• Demonstrated spiritual maturity and a shepherd's heart for internationals
• Well organized with the ability to complete tasks independently and under stress
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Committed to sharing faith in personal relationships and investing in students' lives
