Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager in Transplant.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to the Organ Allocation Transplant Coordinators and Specialists
Optimize organ allocation process and afterhours transplant patient triage
Act as a liaison between organ procurement organizations and transplant programs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum of 5 years experience as a transplant coordinator
Thorough understanding of CMS and UNOS policies
Ability to participate in decision making on human resource matters
