Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Operations and Events Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supplemental support for non-show day facility management and coordinate basic repairs and maintenance
  • Oversee event management and client engagement, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction on event day
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant career experience
  • Minimum of two years management experience in coordinating events at a multi-purpose facility
  • Working knowledge of facility management principles and services
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
