Job Summary

Supporting the daily operations of the Case Management team, the full-time Assistant Operations Manager will manage referral intake, file organization, and mail distribution while ensuring high-quality service delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage referral intake and assignment, including referencing referral maps
  • Perform file setup, organization, and maintenance within internal systems
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including report and invoice distribution
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience in administrative, product support, customer service, or similar roles
  • Experience with billing, data entry, or healthcare-related workflows (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
