A company is looking for an Assistant Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Engineering Group's policies and practices to achieve strategic objectives
• Provide oversight on technical design and engineering, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products
• Motivate, develop, and train engineering staff while supporting business development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's or master's degree in naval architecture, marine engineering, or related engineering discipline
• 15 years of experience in naval and maritime engineering
• Experience in new construction, in-service support, and functional ship systems design
• Management experience with commercial and US Navy marine engineering
