Assistant Processing Manager

Job Summary

Managing team pipelines and providing hands-on support, the full-time Assistant Processing Manager for Portfolio will ensure efficient loan processing, adhere to portfolio guidelines, and assist in training new team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor and manage team pipelines to ensure timely processing of loans
• Respond to processor scenario questions and review submissions for accuracy
• Partner with management to support training programs and onboard new team members

Required qualifications

• Manufactured housing knowledge required
• Minimum 3 years of processing experience
• Strong knowledge of portfolio guidelines, including chattel and land home products
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding department goals
• Recent working knowledge of Encompass
