Assistant Professor of Business Strategy

Job Summary

Seeking a mission-driven Assistant Professor of Business Strategy/Change Management for a full-time, remote position, this role focuses on developing engaging curriculum, mentoring students and faculty, and contributing to innovative online programs tailored for adult learners.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, monitor, and teach online courses in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Digital Transformation, and Human Resources
• Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders to enhance teaching effectiveness
• Participate in service to the discipline and institution, fostering professional and collegial relationships

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate in Business or a closely related field with a focus on Business Strategy, Change Management, or Digital Transformation
• Minimum three years of successful teaching experience in an online asynchronous learning environment
• Expertise in developing and delivering engaging curriculum and assessments in an online-first LMS
• Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention
• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines
