Job Summary
Supporting the Store Operations team, the full-time remote Assistant Project Lead in Product Operations will manage logistics and transportation requests, enhance communication and resources for field execution, and lead special merchandise handling initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support store execution of logistics, transportation, and product operations initiatives through effective communication with cross-functional teams
- Develop transportation strategies and liaise with the transportation team to manage delivery schedules and escalations
- Coordinate special merchandise handling initiatives and recommend change management strategies for effective implementation
Required qualifications
- Retail store experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze competitors and propose best-in-class processes
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects with effective time management
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new ideas and solutions
