Job Summary

Supporting the Store Operations team, the full-time remote Assistant Project Lead in Product Operations will manage logistics and transportation requests, enhance communication and resources for field execution, and lead special merchandise handling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support store execution of logistics, transportation, and product operations initiatives through effective communication with cross-functional teams
• Develop transportation strategies and liaise with the transportation team to manage delivery schedules and escalations
• Coordinate special merchandise handling initiatives and recommend change management strategies for effective implementation

Required qualifications

• Retail store experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze competitors and propose best-in-class processes
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects with effective time management
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new ideas and solutions
