Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Restaurant/Retail Assistant Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop layouts and architectural drawings based on client requests
• Utilize AutoCAD to create diagrams and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines
• Interact with clients for project clarification and support the Project Manager on multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Job Captain in an architectural firm
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Experience drafting retail or commercial construction documents preferred
• Strong time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
