Assistant Project Manager (Architecture)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Restaurant/Retail Assistant Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare architectural layouts and construction drawings based on client requirements
• Coordinate drawing sets prepared by Draftspersons to ensure alignment with project specifications
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and related software to produce accurate layouts, diagrams, and technical documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an APM or Job Captain within an architectural firm
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Demonstrated experience in drafting retail or commercial construction documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
