Assistant Project Quality Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the expansion of innovative Quality Assurance programs, the full-time Assistant Project Quality Manager will lead the development and maintenance of Quality and Market Standards documentation while working remotely within the EST zone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and documentation of core Quality and Market Standards program materials to ensure consistent quality assurance practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and update standard operating procedures for quality assurance activities
• Coordinate with utility representatives and external stakeholders to discuss contractor performance and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• One to three years of relevant quality assurance experience, particularly in renewable energy
• Ability to translate operational and technical requirements into clear policies and procedures
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and development processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing priorities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for building productive relationships
