Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a data center background.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare costed estimates and cost plans for review
• Assist in the development of procurement strategies and maintain risk registers
• Attend client and design team meetings, capturing relevant discussions and cost implications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum two years of experience in cost estimating
• Proficient in advanced functions of CostX and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of construction technologies and trends, particularly in sustainability
• Field experience and data center experience are a plus
