Assistant Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

Leading the hiring process for software engineering roles, the full-time remote Assistant Recruitment Manager will manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and enhance hiring processes while collaborating closely with leadership and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across assigned roles, from intake to close
• Build pipelines from scratch using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to improve hiring quality

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency
• Track record of successfully closing roles in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing ability to generate pipelines without relying on inbound applications
• Good judgment in identifying strong candidates beyond resumes
• Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency
