Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Calibration Service Manager and represent them in their absence
  • Plan, develop strategies, and control workflow to meet customer demands
  • Ensure compliance with company, customer, and governmental policies and provide technical assistance to staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • PMEL or TMDE training with military experience in calibration and 5+ years of civilian experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a technical field from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of experience in repair and calibration of instruments in progressively responsible positions
  • Experience in identifying, training, and motivating laboratory personnel
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and corporate quality procedures
