Assistant Superintendent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Superintendent with commercial construction experience or relevant education.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update construction schedules, monitor logic relationships, and incorporate new work items
• Coordinate jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with building teams and subcontractors
• Lead safety programs by promoting safe work behavior and assist with subcontractor coordination

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a foreman/lead in commercial construction or 2+ years in a construction-based educational program
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn project management and scheduling software
• A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• A strong desire to learn and grow as a manager of field operations
