Job Summary

Coaching a team of Member Service Professionals, the full-time Assistant Team Leader at the Centurion Lounge in Phoenix will ensure exceptional service delivery, monitor team performance, and foster a collaborative environment while managing operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Creating a cohesive team environment and providing continuous coaching to enhance service quality
• Inspiring team members to achieve performance goals through training, recognition, and feedback
• Evaluating team performance and implementing development plans tailored to individual team members

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proactive customer service experience, preferably in premium service
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservations
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and implement policies effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
