Job Summary
To support the Order Management Automation team, the full-time remote Assistant Team Leader, Product Management will own the AMER Compleat backlog, drive sprint delivery, and serve as the primary product partner for regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the AMER Compleat product backlog, including grooming and prioritization
- Translate regional stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories and facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies
- Track sprint progress and collaborate with engineering leads to ensure timely delivery commitments are met
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis with backlog management exposure
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments and running sprint ceremonies
- Ability to write clear user stories and provide concise status updates
- Experience with data or reporting tools such as Excel, Notion, or Smartsheet
- Interest in AI tools and their application within product workflows is a plus
