Assistant Team Leader, Product Management
Job Summary
To support the Order Management Automation team, the full-time remote Assistant Team Leader, Product Management will own the America's Compleat product backlog, drive sprint delivery, and translate regional stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the America's Compleat product backlog, including grooming and prioritization
- Plan and facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of commitments
- Serve as the L3 product support lead for AMER Compleat platform queries and triage incoming issues
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in Travel Technology product management or product ownership
- Deep expertise with SAP Compleat Control or similar order management platforms
- Proven Agile/Scrum practitioner with experience managing backlogs and running sprint ceremonies
- Strong grasp of API services and orchestrated solution integration
- Leadership experience managing and developing engaged teams (2-5 direct reports preferred)
