Job Summary
Supporting high-impact social media moderation and community management projects, the full-time Assistant Team Manager will assist in daily operations, team support, and community engagement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in executing daily operations for social media moderation and community management projects
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and deliver feedback to moderators while maintaining documentation and tracking performance metrics
- Prepare reports for clients, represent team performance in calls, and contribute to client strategy sessions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media moderation, community management, or support operations
- Strong familiarity with platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and TikTok
- Understanding of moderation strategies, community standards, and trust & safety protocols
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments with distributed teams
- Proficient in tools such as Zendesk, Sprinklr, Asana, or Trello (preferred)
