Assistant Treasurer

Job Summary

Ambitious and driven, the full-time remote Assistant Treasurer will manage cash management, treasury controls, and debt compliance reporting while serving as a strategic lead in the finance team, with a clear path to promotion to Treasurer.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and bank account administration across all entities
• Establish and enforce treasury controls, including payment approval workflows and security protocols
• Manage compliance and reporting for the company's credit facilities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3-6 years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance
• Solid understanding of cash management and liquidity forecasting, with exposure to debt compliance reporting preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with a controls-oriented mindset
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-growing, collaborative environment
