Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice Chancellor of Marketing will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to enhance fundraising and alumni engagement efforts while collaborating with university leadership and ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with advancement goals
  • Oversee the creation of key marketing materials, including proposals, stewardship communications, and digital campaigns
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, establishing performance metrics and overseeing project workflows
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 10 years of leadership experience in marketing or communications
  • 5 years of experience managing personnel
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic communications plans
  • Experience working with senior leadership to advance strategic priorities
