• Drive hiring, training, and performance management to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Utilize analytics and technology to enhance team efficiency and manage multiple priorities effectively

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and 15 years of related claims experience
• At least 8 years of progressive management experience from supervisor to branch manager
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of team member-related functions
• Bachelor's degree preferred
