Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years in employee relations, including investigations in a high-volume environment
  • 5+ years in a leadership role within HR
  • Expertise in employment law, including relevant federal and state regulations
