A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President of People Team Investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the People Team's investigative function, ensuring best practices are followed
• Manage a personal caseload of investigations while supervising a team of investigators
• Develop and implement strategies, SOPs, and protocols for effective and compliant investigations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
• 5+ years in employee relations, including investigations in a high-volume environment
• 5+ years in a leadership role within HR
• Expertise in employment law, including relevant federal and state regulations
