Job Summary
Leading the marketing function for Columbia College, the full-time Assistant Vice President of Marketing will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, champion AI integration, and oversee analytics to enhance brand presence and drive enrollment, while working remotely with periodic in-person engagements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated annual marketing plan to advance enrollment and brand awareness
- Champion the strategic integration of artificial intelligence into marketing practices and build the team's AI fluency
- Own the marketing measurement framework, providing insights and dashboards to senior leadership
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in building and executing integrated marketing strategies that yield measurable outcomes
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing, showcasing measurable impact
