Assistant Vice President of Product

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice President of Product will lead the H2H Pod's product lifecycle for direct service platforms and partner-facing digital products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product strategy and multi-year roadmap, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of user-centered design and rigorous product thinking
• Serve as the primary product voice in executive conversations and ensure measurable outcomes tied to service impact

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior product leadership role
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
• Experience in mission-driven, nonprofit, healthcare, or highly regulated environments strongly preferred
• Proven success managing enterprise-scale digital products supporting vulnerable populations
• Strong operational and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and data-driven decision-making
