Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice President of Relationship Management will oversee third-party distribution relationships in the life insurance sector, focusing on strategic partnerships and sales alignment while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers to drive team performance and alignment with organizational goals
• Own and elevate strategic relationships at the executive level within the IMO/NMO/DT channels to enhance growth and loyalty
• Establish and manage performance metrics to inform resource allocation and business planning for distribution relationships

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree or related work experience preferred
• 10+ years of experience in life insurance with a focus on third-party distribution channels (BGA/IMO/NMO)
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in developing performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level, both internally and externally
