Driving the Retirement Division's highest-priority strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice President of Strategic Program Management will collaborate with executive leadership to translate divisional strategy into measurable business outcomes while managing complex, cross-functional programs that impact business growth, operational excellence, and partner experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives and broader company priorities
- Facilitate divisional strategic planning and provide recommendations regarding priorities, resource constraints, and execution alternatives
- Establish governance and monitor progress against divisional objectives, providing visibility into expected value and realized benefits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
- Professional certification relevant to the role, such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification, preferred
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in strategic program management or business transformation
- Demonstrated success in leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant impact
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgets, forecasts, and benefits realization
