Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 7 years of underwriting experience in mortgage banking
• Minimum 5 years of management experience overseeing underwriting teams
• Extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conforming lending guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage underwriting systems
