Job Summary

Associate Access Specialist, a part-time position responsible for providing service to patients and providers through inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Answers calls efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer needs are met
• Schedules patient appointments and captures customer information for clinic staff
• Provides information regarding appointment locations and processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of patient scheduling and call center etiquette
• Ability to navigate complex situations and make effective decisions
• Participation in patient satisfaction improvement activities
