Associate Account Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Group Account Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting department KPI's and client-facing SLAs
• Oversight and development of client's digital strategy implementation
• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years' account management experience in an agency environment or client-side digital marketing experience
• 3-5 years' personnel management experience in an agency environment
• Hands-on experience with SEO practices and implementation
• Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics (highly preferred)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
