Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Director for a full-time remote position, this role will manage client relationships, support senior Account Directors, and drive customer retention through effective sales strategies and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect strategic accounts and book meetings for the Enterprise team
- Conduct discovery calls, lead deal cycles for renewals, and create proposals under the guidance of Account Directors
- Develop outreach strategies and cold call potential clients to build relationships with marketing decision makers
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Ability to conduct formal presentations and one-on-one client meetings competently
- Tenacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills
