Associate Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Executive, Market Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors workflow of assigned accounts to ensure timely and accurate job completion
• Acts as a point of contact for clients and builds rapport and credibility
• Processes signatures, opens jobs, and collaborates with Accounting to produce client invoices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communication
• Preferred experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sectors
• 1 year of agency experience preferred
• Ability to commute to NY, Boston, or Costa Mesa offices for meetings as needed
