Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Executive in the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a defined territory within the Bay Area and generate pipeline through outbound execution
  • Run discovery calls and product demos, managing deals through to closure
  • Build presence within the local startup community and partner with the Bay Area Regional Leader on GTM strategy
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in full-cycle sales, preferably in a tech startup environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to self-source pipeline through structured outbound execution
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for maintaining accurate forecasting
  • Understanding of the local startup ecosystem and community engagement
