Associate Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support existing Senior Account Executives by developing new business and managing assigned prospects
• Handle inbound communications from clients, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of issues
• Identify, escalate, and track client issues within prescribed timeframes to improve service and processes

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of Mortgage Customer Service experience or service industry experience
• Successful track record in Customer Service
• Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
• Proficient with the Microsoft Suite; LOS experience preferred
• Strong judgment skills for escalating issues appropriately
