Job Summary
To accelerate development into a top-performing SaaS seller, the full-time remote Associate Account Executive will own full-cycle SMB sales, conducting prospecting, discovery calls, and product demonstrations while collaborating with experienced Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle sales for SMB clients, from prospecting to closing deals
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to engage potential clients
- Partner with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to support strategic account penetration and build pipeline through personalized outreach
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably with closing experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools
- Experience in selling SaaS or HR technology solutions
- Strong motivation to build a long-term career in sales
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining performance
