Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Associate Account Executive will manage the full-cycle sales process for small to medium-sized businesses, conducting prospecting, discovery calls, and product demonstrations while collaborating with experienced Account Executives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle SMB sales from prospecting to closing deals
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to generate leads and penetrate strategic accounts
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven success in B2B sales, with closing experience preferred
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience selling SaaS or HR technology solutions
- Strong motivation to build a long-term career in sales
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining performance
